We’re big on sauce, too. Our homemade sauces are the stuff of legend - and we’re only just getting started. Sweet chilli (with a fiery Scotch Bonnet variation), chipotle ketchup, sriracha mayo and garlic mayo are on the menu, and we usually bring a stash of other favourites, too.
